Wild Grief was founded by Natasha Sizlo, grief guide, forest therapy practitioner, and bestselling author. Drawing from lived experience, grief training, and nature-based practices, she leads offerings in California and beyond.

For retreats in Alaska and other destinations, Wild Grief partners with trusted local facilitators, each bringing their own expertise and deep connection to place. Together, they create immersive experiences where people can step outside, reset their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves in the presence of the natural world.
